Very hard bed, you have ask staff for supplies, And Dirty chairs

I had booked room for 10 days. Had to check out after 3 days. Room was dirty. Marks on all the walls, finger prints, stains, brown stains like coffee running down walls, mould on hinge of fridge and in bathroom area. Skirting board had big stains on it.

ATM and mini mart 40 feet from hotel.

Internet connection was horrible

Good size room Bed with soft head extra pillows there was a refrigerator that was very handy all the amenities were there the location is perfect to walk across the street and go to the beach or to walk around the corner in have a drink I would stay there

At 11:30 tried to enter the room to gather stuff so could check out. Access denied. Was forced to go downstairs, asked why couldn't enter - - oh it's because it expired. Well WHY did it expire? Expensive place, no breakfast included, bad attitude, wifi non existent (just keeps coming and going making it useless). Seems like a money grubbing place trying to get maximum and giving nothing in return in terms of service. Avoid if you can.

We got one of the sea view rooms and it was the most expensive of all of the hotels during our trip in Thailand… But our sea view was half obscured by the fake grass balcony and nearby signs. We were on the third floor, which was barely a sea view. To rub salt onto the wound, our original room on paper was supposed to be on the 5th floor, but some time between the time when the room was reserved and the time we checked in, we were downgraded to the 3rd floor. When asked, they said the other room was unavailable. The room (especially the bathroom) was moldy and the walls were dirty. Also make sure you bring your booking cost in cash or bring a credit card that you can use on the spot, because they require payment when you check in. You can get a better hotel in the area for the same price as this one.

The location of the hotel was the main attraction point. Located at heart of Pattaya

Staffs not very helpful. Didn't come to clean our room. Didn't provide us with breakfast as we were late but explained to the front lady due to our 20 month old baby needed attention and also requested to send our breakfast to room before 10 am but didn't even send the breakfast in our room. Food was okaish and not so good as nearby restaurants.

The place has prime location and adjacent to the beach. It is one of our favourite stay in Pattaya! They have delicious breakfast options and all the receptionist were cordial .

Well, upon staying, we had been given rooms primarily with AC and fridge issues . Later on, upon various discussions, they were able to upgrade and shift us.

Attention! Never come back again at this hotel.

THE Cleanliness!And the quality regarding the price we paied (185 euros for 2 nights).We got a big bad surprise when coming back to hotel the 1st day: there were some different insects in the room (we had some cloths on the bed so need to all disinfect). And the bathroom was so dirty! So I paid another hotel of 5 stars for almost the same price 400 meters near this one. I checked out the same day! To be honest, with a child of 3 years old, it was not comfortable to change the hotel at the last minute. And in Thailand to pay hotel so dirty at this price, with insects.. bad experience.

All staff were nice( especially the lady when I checked in).

The location directly across from the beach, walking distance to bars and massage places. Baht buses go past often. Staff very friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and well kept.

Room was not 30m2 as we booked was more like 25m2, didn't need the second single bed, waste of space.. Breakfast was good but not alot of variety. The only window we had was facing the wall next door which was a disappointment more than a hindrance.
